With their now offering free email for domains I hope this gets worse
for them. Bottomless pockets though.

yes, horrible problems of extreme slowness of their MXs.
I recently validated a list of 850K addresses, about 70K were hotmail
and msn. It took about 2 days to validate all the others, but hotmail
and msn just kept timing out for days, even 15 minute SMTP sending
timeouts, either trying to connect or getting a connection and then
having the SMTP dialog timeout. Some msgs were trickling through, so
we know they did not have a hard filter on our sending IP.
