On Behalf Of Mike
Odryna We
had a problem and I was hoping that someone could shed some insight as to what
may have caused the issue. We
had Spamcop set in the filters as a trusted list with automatic delete.
Yesterday at about 2am edt mail stopped getting delivered. I checked the
server from the outside and all looked fine. Then I started looking at the
logs. Mail was being accepted as inbound then when the spam check was
done, it would check Spamcop and fail to connect. After the connection
failed the mail was automatically deleted. The strange part is that the
spam check did not fail, only the connection to Spamcop
did. Why
would mail be deleted when the connection to Spamcop failed?
