I'm getting an error when trying to "crossgrade" so I can download the new
version.
I just activated a new service agreement yesterday, and I just received the
email for the new product a few minutes ago. But when I click the link, and
choose the product to crossgrade to, it just gives me an error. Maybe
there's too many people trying to do the same right now?
