Yes, I have had the same problem and yes I deleted both vacation.ima and vacation.bak I believe.

A user who set her vacation message a few months back is unable to clear it, I went in her account to verify that it was no longer enabled but its still persisting. I have looked at the user folder and was wondering if I can possible delete the 'Vacation.ima' file to correct this?
