Yes, I know that comments are not allowed.  This is not what I am asking.   As I said already, I've tried this and it appears that the "commented" lines are ignored by Imail.  Put simply, it looks like comments are in fact allowed in the rules file because Imail ignores them like a compiler would ignore them in a program.   What I want to know, is if there is anything that I'm missing here.  Did it work because of a fluke, or is it something I could probably safely assume works (since I've already tried it and it appears to work just fine).   ----- Original Message ----- From: Martin Schaible To: Scott Smith Sent: Friday, December 02, 2005 1:51 PM Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Rules ima Hi Scott, So fare i know, comments are not allowed.
