http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20051123-DM01.htm   http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20051123-DM03.htm   http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20051123-DM02.htm   These 3 worked all my problems out.   Joe   From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Travis Rabe Sent: Sunday, December 04, 2005 8:55 PM To: IMail_Forum@list.ipswitch.com Subject: [IMail Forum] Upgrade Suggestions when going from 8.21 to 2006 Can all of you that upgraded this weekend please send a reply to this post on all recommended KB articles to have in hand prior to the upgrade and after the upgrade?  And can you call give me your input on whether it is worth trying the upgrade now or waiting until the patches start to roll out?  Any gotchas?  Any tricks?   I agree that some hardship is going to be a part of any upgrade – especially one that goes from one technology to another.  Imail and Co. have been great about addressing our issues as of late and I for one am extremely happy to have Kevin, Tripp and Eric in the employ of Ipswitch.  Anytime you have a trio like that (and I apologize if I have left anyone out) it makes our jobs a bit easier.  As easy as it is to jump at them when stuff goes wrong, haven’t we all run into the same thing with Microsoft?  I don’t know about you all but when I run my Windows 2000 and NT to Windows 2003 upgrades with Active Directory – it sucked (from this Friday afternoon to today).  Could I rail the developers and support staff?  Sure, if (a) I could find them and (b) if I thought it would do a darn bit of good.  At least these guys care.   Part of the purpose of this forum is to exchange, complain, suggest and troubleshoot the problems we all run into during the course of our no-two-are-the-same upgrades.   Thanks in advance for all of your replies.   Travis
