We had this problem when we upgraded from 8.15 to 8.20. As a result we are stuck at 8.15 (and will probably stay there until we migrate to another product). When a hotfix was released we would try it out only to discover they hadn't fixed the problem and have to roll it back. At this point we're not planning any future upgrades. Regards, Roland
