I have not chimed in on this issue, but I did experience it last year with a new release. Problem is, I do not remember if it was caused by Imail or Declude, but either way the problem code was found and it was fixed.
I am at a client, so when I have time I will search for my records of that problem and post what caused it and what resolved it.
