Since I’ve installed Imail 2006 I continue having an intermittent problem of the POP3d32.exe and SMTPd32.exe processes alternating taking up 98% of the processor capacity.  When this occurs, my clients are unable to log into web mail.  The log in page will not come up in the browser.

 

I have talked with support a couple of times and we checked my registry and found no errors.  At support’s recommendation, I have also defragmented the hard drive with Diskkeeper for Servers numerous times.  Neither suggestion has resolved the issue, and now I can not get in touch with support.  If anyone has any ideas – please share.
