There is a bug in the display of the control access list after SMTPD has
added blocked addresses. We're working on it now.

Well, I fixed syslog by deleting the smtpd.acc file ... and now I am
seeing blocked IP in the access control list, BUT only ONE, which
changes every few minutes.
My log files are showing dozens of blocks, logging to be denied for
360 minutes.
Something still not working right <sigh>
