Question for IP Switch Imail Group =
When are the upgrades and new integration going to be seamless for the
small companies that do not have experts in email setup, protocol, etc?
Whatever happen to the "20 min solution from opening the box to a full
operational system" with good service? When I first inherited Imail At
V8.03; I had system the could scan emails for viruses, etc ( Port Redirect
to Webshield). Now, not....
At first it was great, no worries, no issues, no upgrades problems until
V8.1 or so.
Or should I be look for a new software solution?
