The only way I know to do this is create an alias in one of the domains and add allusers@(domain) for every domain you have….Yep, that’s a pain.

And then in the allusers list for each domain you’d need to allow your email account to post to that list.

It’s such a pain…if there is an easier way I’d love to hear it.

Greetings!

We have around 150 domains hosted in Imail. How can I send mail to all users in all domains at a time?

Thanks

too bad you bought ICS because there are about 3 other solutions for A LOT less money with A LOT more options.

I have a request from several of our clients to add improvements to the current SPAM filters.  Has anyone already done this?  I'm relatively new to the ICS world...

One of the functions that our previous ISP provided allowed us to go to the webmail server and identify spam at that spot, automatically putting it in the junk mail category and keeping it out of our inbox.

I have several of these that come in that would be cool to get rid of.  Tagging them for junk mail – puts them in the junk mail inbox on Outlook, but doesn’t keep them out of my phone.

This isn’t a huge deal, but if it’s not a difficult fix, would be a nice add on.

I have SPAM filters setup, and SPAM that is caught is moved to his SPAM box....but this guy is asking for me to give him the ability to mark messages as SPAM - and automatically move the message to his SPAM folder....

any ideas??

Thanks!
