In a sense. But what you'll have after that is setup is a secondary server that accepts all mail for the given domain, including mail to unknown users at that domain. Which means that spam to unknown recipients will have to be rejected by the first hop, Exchange (rather than by the "zero hop," IMail), causing large amounts of unwanted traffic both in and out. In the current spam climate, this is a dangerous choice. It's the way things used to be set up by default, say, five years ago, but it's obsolete. I recommend instead that you implement my exchange2aliases script (see my signature) for each domain that you're storing-and-forwarding with IMail. Search the archives for other posts about the script. --Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] SpamAssassin plugs into Declude! http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/SPAMC32/download/release / Defuse Dictionary Attacks: Turn Exchange or IMail mailboxes into IMail Aliases! http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/exchange2aliases/downloa d/release/ http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/ldap2aliases/download/re lease/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
