Don't know - I just switched back to 8.22 and uninstalled Imail 2006, which removed the logs too.  Unfortunately, this was the only way for me to avoid a major headache first thing Monday morning...

I might just hold off on this upgrade until after the New Year.  This is the second weekend I've tried upgrading this server with no luck.

Is there anything showing up in the SMTP logs?

Subject: [IMail Forum] Web client - can't send mail

I can log in to the web client just fine.  But when I try to send a message, I get an error saying that authentication failed.  I had this problem last week, but someone suggested I make sure that SMTP is listening on all IPs (checkbox in the SMTP settings). I checked that setting, and then I could send mail from the web client just fine.

However, I've got it running now and I can no longer send from the web client, just like before.  Except that the SMTP listening on all IPs checkbox is still checked.  I need another idea to try.

Thanks for any suggestions,

Scott
