We have a unix machine that emails out to our server internally on our network.
I have whitelisted the server, SMTP white listed the server, Added it to the host file on the mail server. Added an entry in our internal DNS server for this machine and yet I still cannot receive mail from this unix server. My log file is below.

I have disable every filter found and yet the message is still not coming through. Thats all i get for that message. It doesn't show up in the spam log or the Symantec antivirus logs anywhere. It just disappears. Any suggestions, besides the obvious change the DNS entry for the unix server, cause this company won't mess with that server for anything.
we get mail from the server on the backend when its send address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] which makes sense cause if its Reverse lookup that is causing the problem then it just verified the address and sent the message. The only other thing I know to try is to pull teeth and get them to change the email account on the unix side to a local account and then see if it will send. We didn't have this problem until we upgraded to 9.0 and I for one would of figured that the white lists that were in place would keep working the way it had before. But alas tis not the case.
anybody got any suggestions?
