I have a user that is having a problem receiving email from a specific domain. For some reason, messages from this domain get put into a new folder in her account (a new folder called "Inbox" is created). This shows up in her headers:
X-IMail-Rule: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:new Data- @ABDI.COM I have no idea where this rule is. I've checked the domain level and the user level and there is no Inbound rule setup for this domain. I do have this domain in a Declude rule that reduces their weight a bit, but no Imail rule so far as I can tell. Any suggestions?
