You can set the copy all mail to a specific user ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and put a user rule in place to discard anything that doesn't have the user in question's userid in the header

Outbound Rule support was added in 7.15. Before that only inbound rules were
applicable.

I think I spoke too soon. The inbound works fine, but I'm having problems
with the outbound. Is this rule compatible with Imail 7?

The Incoming is easy and you don't need to write a rule - just go to IMail
Administrator for the user and in the forward box put .,[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Unless the pop account is an Administrator, they will never see that. That
keeps a copy in the users box and forwards to another address.

If you want to do it with rules, in the rules.ima

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

For outbount you need to create an orules.ima file if one does not exist.

You want 2 rules, one to copy to if message is to and one to copy to
if message is from. Sorry, I am poor on the actually syntax but if you can
not figure it out and no one else responds let me know.

I would like to know if anyone knows how to write a rule that will
CC all incoming and outgoing mail from one POP account to another. This
needs to be done without the knowledge of POP user.
