I had a similar problem.  To troubleshoot, delete the file and create a new one form scratch.  See if the problem goes away.  This worked for me when it came to the Kill file.

I haven't checked all the domains since this is the first time I've seen this error but we're getting the following error when we try to view the inbound rules for a particular domain:

Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a01fb'
an exception occurred

/IAdmin/IMail/RulesAdmin.asp, line 433

Has anyone seen this as well and how to fix?
