A couple of thoughts
1.) Are the smtp and other services still configured to log to the log
server?
2.) Is there another syslog app or utility on your box using port UDP 514?
Check with tcpview.

My logging has stopped working. Even when I reboot, or stop & start the
service, all I get is:

Any suggestions?
