I have used Ontrack Data Recovery, and have liked it so much that I am now a partner/reseller of their services.
3 months ago a client had an external raid5 enclosure with 6 hard drives for a total of about 500 GB had 2 drives fail at the same time. OnTrack was able to retrieve all but 100 MB of data and the tech assigned even worked a weekend to do it even though standard service was ordered.
