This depends on your processing power and load. My Dual Proc 1300MHZ runs
best at 65 Threads. Tripp advised Marcus to use a much larger number on his
much more powerful machine.
If you set the number too high, your server will flatline at 100% CPU. It
takes a little experimentation to get it just right. Remember that Threads
changes don't take effect until you restart the DecludeProc Service.
