Thanks, it helps.  Yea, caught the /+n thing.  It does help group the IPs.
The lazy side of me would like an accumulation per IP class (like: ###
208.24.219.*), but can't have everything.

sorry, I'm used to running a Unix sort on windows.
Windows simpler sort doesn't work on fields, but on character position.
