I forwarded my contact info to George Dailey as requested and he had someone

Good thing this didn't happen on a long holiday weekend eh?

This is why activation on enterprise grade software is evil. I ran into an issue where a customer (Fortune 100 company) ended up spend big $$$ to fix a system over a long weekend and one of those cutsie activation systems failed. This wasn't IMail, something much more important. Needless to say vendor X didn't get the money, friendlier vendor Y that didn't require activation did.

I think they ended up suing vendor X out of business since I don't see them around any longer. Amazing how many lawyers companies like that have on staff.

Good thing Ipswitch is still in business. What would happen to all those copies of IMail if they need reinstallation and Ipwitch goes belly up?
