Are you saying you can ping www.lotusinn.com's IP address, but when you try
to ping www.lotusinn.com, you cannot resolve the address? (ie: Ping returns
a message like "could not find host." I get 69.22.162.60 when I ping
www.lotusinn.com.)
If you cannot resolve the address, look to your DNS settings in network
setup. If you are using your own DNS servers, stop and restart the service
to flush any bad records.
You should also be aware that there are problems with Lotus Inn's DNS server
setup. This may be causing problems. For details, see

After doing a NSLookup on a different DNS server outside my company, I got
several IP's for the domain. I tried pinging several of them, with
success.
I then checked my firewall and found that I am not blocking any of these
addresses. I checked Imail's 'SMTP Security' tab and I am not disallowing
any of the IPS there either.
My mailserver is not banned in any IP blacklist that I can tell.
What's really weird is that I cannot get to the lotusinn.com web site
either
in any web browser... any ideas as to what could be going on?
