I've added a couple since.  This is 1 of the inherent issues with mxguard -
u need to look in the logs and see how long each list is taking and adjust
your maxwait accordingly.  I upped mine to 10 or 15 secs as I recall.  A lot
is dependent on how fast your DNS lookups are.
