Thanks, that is an interesting tool and will work for another project, but
it appears to be for importing pre-formatted sections of an email.
I need something that will convert all email received by a certain address
into separate database fields. Any ideas?

Try SoftVentures SVLoader. I have not used the product but it looks pretty
slick.
