You would only be getting this error if your "list" is not an actual Imail list, but possibly a distribution list or contacts group sort of thing (in other words, your email program is sending an email to everyone on the list, and there are invalid addresses in the list). 
 
The best thing to do would to be to import the list of addresses into an actual Imail-hosted list.  Then you only have to send a single email, and Imail will take care of distributing it to the list, and you don't have to break or weaken any of your security features (eg: dictionary attack settings).

Change your Dictionary attack settings in the smtp service. You're exceeding the invalid recipients setting. Not sure why you're getting this when sending to your own list though?
