I think there is a little confusion here and it may be self inflicted. If the domain is .23 then the official host name for .23 will be appended to the ip address. When logging into .24 then the official host name for .24 will be appended. Any domain can loginto any ip address that imail controls they just need to supply the full email address.
Moving the web templates only allows you to customize the look of the web interface per IP Domain and their cooresponding virtual domains. Why do you have 2 ip address setup for the same domain? What version of Imail are you running??
