The only difference i can see is that MXGuard uses a weighting concept which is nice.
MXguard might be a good "container" to run an additional Antivirus software and invURIBL.

Granted I haven't done much with Declude other than an initial setup with Barry on the phone when I first purchased it.. But I'm seeing an extra 100 or so e-mails a day populate my spam mailbox since I installed invURIBL. May not seem like much, but my domain only receives about 4k e-mails per day.
I have not found a better product for spam!
