workgroupshare component.
would
you want the same for instant messaging users?

Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] SQL WorkgroupShare Database in 2006.02OK, I figured out how to populate the Collaboration users list. Has to be done from the Imail user administration --> user utilities --> Import NT Users.Might want to fix that and either automatically populate the collaboration users or have a link in Collabation tab under user management.Still would be nice to get the SQL database working.James P. Subject: [IMail Forum] SQL WorkgroupShare Database in 2006.02Hi Folks,Ran into a snag upgrading from 8.22 to 2006.02 however not something I've seen in these forums. The upgrade did not like the SQL database. It created a default empty Access database. When I re-pointed it at the SQL database, the Collaboration tab disappeared in Iadmin and there was an ASP error at the top of the page. (Sorry, due to having to get back up and online, I forgot to take note of the error message)When I logged into Iclient, the entire left pane had ASP errors. When I reverted back to the Access database the errors went away and the Collaboration tab returned. Is there anything I can do to make the SQL database work or must I use the Access database and essentially start from scratch?Unfortunately, My attempts to export the SQL database to Access kept giving me errors. I'm afraid it wont convert properly anyway. My other option to rebuild wouldn't be so bad except that I use the NT User database and there is no tool in 2006 to use AD/NT User to populate the WGS user list. It appears to me that I may have to create each user in WGS manually? "adduser" doesnt work with NT user db.Anybody have any workarounds that would help me avoid having to manually re-create users, groups, etc. in WGS?Thanks folks,James P.
