Check your spool and make sure you don't have a bunch of orphaned matching T*.DMS and S*.SMD files. The RSET is most likely something on the network layer affecting the sending of the mail to the server.

There is no "rdeliver", "closing socket", or "finished" messages. The "RSET" is something that I'm a little concerned about, as I don't see that in other threads. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else to look at? He is the only one who I have heard is having a problem. I'm sending to everyone just fine, as are several others on our server.
