I found out why HiJack was stopping his IP. He had sent out a string of emails to his clients using a filter from his CMS. Hijack did what it was supposed to do, by default, and put a stop to it. This is something that is common among our members, so I will have to adjust the levels a little bit to take that into consideration. Unfortunately, I made the stupid mistake of not understanding fully what my own software does! (kicking own a**)
