Its a crap shoot, it depends on which 21.156.in-addr.arpa you wind up
contacting.

The problem is that the 156.in-addr.arpa. parent servers list three
21.156.in-addr.arpa. parent servers
   auth01.ns.harvard.net
   auth02.ns.harvard.net
   hub.ipswitch.com

hub.ipswitch.com responds with list.ipswitch.com.

auth01.ns.harvard.net and auth02.ns.harvard.net respond with NXDOMAIN
