Yes, that is correct - FIGES is coming in 2006.04 and we just started the International Expert User Group.  Customers have installed and are using and comments can be viewed here - http://www.ipswitch.com/forums/messages.aspx?ForumID=27. 
 
If folks want to try out the German version (or french, spanish, italian, japanse or chinese), let me know and we'll get you a un/pw to log into the web messaging for the current .04 build to send/receive email.

I think you may need to wait for the 2006.04 release.  It gives you language drop-down box when logging in.
