Thanks Travis. I just wanted to make sure that I was not having any DNS problems on my side. What site did you use to get that info?

There are lots of problems:

WARNMX records are not CNAMEsWARNING: When I looked up your MX record, your DNS server returned a CNAME. This is an unusual situation, and I can't handle it -- the following MX tests may not work properly. The problem is:
mail.wilberinvestments.com.->wilberinvestments.com.

FAILMX A lookups have no CNAMEsWARNING: One or more of your MX records points to a CNAME. CNAMEs are prohibited in MX records, according to RFC974, RFC1034 3.6.2, RFC1912 2.4, and RFC2181 10.3. The problem MX record(s) are:
mail.wilberinvestments.com.->wilberinvestments.com.->199.227.155.11

Reverse DNS entries for MX records

ERROR: The IP of one or more of your mail server(s) have no reverse DNS (PTR) entries (if you see "Timeout" below, it may mean that your DNS servers did not respond fast enough). RFC1912 2.1 says you should have a reverse DNS for all your mail servers. It is strongly urged that you have them, as many mailservers will not accept mail from mailservers with no reverse DNS entry. You can double-check using the 'Reverse DNS Lookup' tool at the DNSstuff site (it contacts your servers in real time; the reverse DNS lookups in the DNS report use our local caching DNS server). The problem MX records are:
11.155.227.199.in-addr.arpa [No reverse DNS entry (rcode: 3 ancount: 0) (check it)]

Mail

FAIL

Connect to mail servers

ERROR: I could not complete a connection to any of your mailservers!

mail.wilberinvestments.com: Timed out [Last data sent: [Did not connect]]

If this is a timeout problem, note that the DNS report only waits about 40 seconds for responses, so your mail may work fine in this case but you will need to use testing tools specifically designed for such situations.

I have a user trying to send an email to wilberinvestments.com and we keep

getting MX connect failed. They have tried for two days now. Any ideas

anyone? I looked them up on DNSstuff and they appear to be ok there.
