Title: Win 2003 Svr: Can't run Mailall.exe
Someone posted a similar problem not to long ago and it ended up being a compromised machine which had cmd shell replaced.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Win 2003 Svr: Can't run Mailall.exe

OK, This is weird. I’m running Imail 7.15 on a Win 2003 Server. When I open the command prompt to run the mailall.exe app all I get is my “F:>” prompt. None of my DOS commands are working, except to change directory. If I type “dir/p” I get a command prompt. I can change directory levels but it will not display any data files or execute any commands.

Has anyone ever run into this? BTW, I migrated Imail from a Win 2000 Svr to this Win 2003 Svr and did it by the book. Imail runs beautifully but I have no DOS commands.
