She may have to use her ISPs outgoing SMTP server.  Or you can open up ort
587 on the server and have her change her sttings.

She should get an error from Outlook.  But most likely it is port 25
blocking.

I have a user set up in IMAIL that can receive emails just fine but when she
goes to send emails, they leave her outbox, show up in her inbox, but never
go anywhere.
