Then, once again, they are getting blocked most likely.  Have them use her ISP’s SMPT server or open up ort 587 on your server and make the changes in her client.

I have one client on IMAIl that is having a problem sending emails. They leave her outbox, show up in her sent box, but never go anywhere.  I have added her IP to the whitelist in declude and it still won’t work. Any suggestions out there?
