[IMail Forum] iwebmsg hogging cpu

Saw that there was a problem in version 8.04 with iwebmsg.exe hogging 
the cpu but that was fixed in 8.05. We are now expriencing the same kind 
of thing but in version 8.15, any suggestions what the cause may be, the 
service never crash or dies just stay at about 98-99% cputime.
