I'm confused though.
The user is getting the message from EarthLink.
We are never even seeing a connection made from the client (user).
I get the DNS workaround, but.. Where do our servers come into play if the
client is never even hitting us?

Hello all,
Have a user getting the following sending e-mail through our SMTP server.
Command send was RCPT TO: ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
Response received is 550-earthlink dose not recognize your
computer(US.ER.IP.ADD)
He is getting the error from McAfee Virus Scan.
According to him, Earthlink is putting the blame on us.
I can't even see the guy connecting.
I found 1 thing in Google, but it makes no sense.
