[IMail Forum] Ideas?

See if anyone has ideas. A vendor is trying to email us. We have postini and have whitelisted his domain in both postini and in imail. He's running lotus notes, we're running imail. The issue is he get's this (below) bounce back message. 501 from my reading is relay issues. Any ideas?
