Hello,
It seems that the IP 65.100.200.244 has been added into SPAM Blacklist. If
this IP resolves to your Mail Server then you have to specify it and send
this IP to CBL for removing it permenantly from the list.
You can check this status through
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=65.100.200.244
