Hi Patrick, So far i know, CF4.5 is not supported running on W2003. CF4.5 has arrived his lifecycle anyway.
I know, you won't hear "upgrade to CF7". Do you know BlueDragon? It's a "CF Generica" and runs perfectly. The Price is about 900 Dollars, much more affordable as CF7 from Adobe.
