I share your feelings on that policy and this is the first client in several years of being in business that I've had to pull the plug on. I've educated and sent them to "list management" sites as well in the past. The ones that I told would get shutdown for doing so immediately changed their ways. We've got a healthy business going and I'm not interested in being blacklisted for a $30 per month client. Since this guy isn't going to give up sending spam I felt a certain duty to report him to someone as a spammer and wondered if there were such a place? I personally object to that because I cannot control what a client does outside my system, but there are people who say if a site is advertised at all, they'll block your whole IP range.   So I usually point them to BCentral for doing their "list management" and say "Sayonara."  My experience with this is that my willingness to part company is worth a thousand words of persuasion. As a result I have only actually lost one customer in ten years by standing up on my hind legs.
