[IMail Forum] Can't see message but when reply or forward,can see..

Hi,   We are using IMail 8.15, when they used Web Messaging, some of our users can't see the email message but when they reply or forward the email, the can see the email message in the body.   Any ideas ?   Thanks.   Rgrds, Zul
