Hello All, I've been an imail user since version 4.1 and am stumped today. I have version 8.15HF2 on Win2K svr with one gig RAM, dual Raptor SATA drives and was fine until Friday night when we moved our server to new data center with new ip's all issues have been managed (all DNS, reverse ETC) except aliases in one domain. The offical hostname is domain.com aliases are mail.domain.com old_domain_name.com mail.old_domain_name.com
When we first moved we made all domains virtual ones and quickly decided (based on call volume Saturday) to switch this main one back to a domain with a unique ip. That took care of a lot of calls. But we are still frustrated by not getting (sending mail) into "old_domain_name.com" from outside the mail server. We followed renaming instructions found at: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20000215-DM01.htm I have also re-installed the software 8.15 HF1 & HF2. I am seeking help or suggesstions.
