What causes it is when the user checks their IMAP account from their Treo
700w which is running the mobile version of Outlook. I get it in my copy of
Outlook when checking my email from home using Mozilla Thunderbird.
I have checked the archives, no real workarounds are defined or fixes
determined. Has anyone tackled this beast and won?
