I currently am looking at the doc
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20000616-DM01.htm and we did not see any
results on running the .bat file. Is there a reason that it did not delete
any mail older than 30 days? please help in us finding a solution that
can
help us delete mail older than 30 day across the 1000 domains we provide
mail for.
We use the following to prune spam and junk mail folders to 5 days history
and the deleted folder to 1 day.
---- Start of prune.cmd ----
REM Start pruning...
D:\IMail\immsgexp.exe -td:\imail -d5 -m"spam.mbx"
D:\IMail\immsgexp.exe -td:\imail -d5 -m"junk e-mail.mbx"
D:\IMail\immsgexp.exe -td:\imail -d1 -m"deleted.mbx"
REM IMail create a log with each run, so when done, kill all the created
logs.
del D:\IMAIL\ex*.log
del d:\IMAIL\ex*.00?
--- end of prune.cmd

David Gregg
