I agree. He repeatedly and intentionally does that with stupid messages
like the one he just posted.
Ipswitch PLEASE BLOCK HIM! PLEASE! Better yet block all messages with a
return receipt requested.
I'm sure everyone would appreciate it.

Ipswitch - How about adding logic to the listsrv processor to strip out
the read-receipt headers when messages are mailed to a list? Configurable
by list owner would be best.
