Title: WAY OT: command line for killing a win2k process
I'm with Troy.

Just for the record, I never found any features in 8.x that tempted me to upgrade.  I do think 2006 is tempting, provided that they can fix the bugs.  So that's why we're two versions behind.

Same here. We’re still running 7.15 and it works beautifully. I try to follow many of t he posts here as new versions and patches come out and I wasn’t willing to jump into the frey of dealing with the bugs and issues that many here dealt with in upgrading. &.15 worked fine for us so we had no immediate reason to upgrade….and still don’t.

I have to speak up for at least some of us that haven't upgraded. I'm still on 8.12 because I like it. We have just 3 domains and very few users and IMail is exactly the program that we need - simple and to the point. I don't even use 1/3 of the features because I don't need them. When IMail decided to keep adding features and try to compete with Exchange, I say Kudos to them but they left behind users like me. I don't like how fancy, schmancy the new IMail is - I like the old one! And with that, I accept that I may encounter issues with newer technology (like new browsers or whatever).

I do understand a reluctance to upgrade but staying back 2 versions is a bit much.

My thoughts exactly.  Who are these people who never upgrade or patch, and then wonder why there are problems?

7.15 != 2006

I've been using IE 7 for months now and web messaging works fine in 2006.

Hi,

We have a client who mostly uses the webmail access to his email.  We run IMail 7.15 on our server.  Recently, he tried installing IE7 beta.  He had trouble with the browser and uninstalled it, but he no longer can get his web mail service to work quite right.  When he tries to reply or send new mail, he gets the following error:

A _javascript_ error occured on this page.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
